LaRae Pennel and Andy Baxter will wind it up with "Wind It Up" by Gwen Stefani and all indications are that they belong at the end, since their performance is expected to be a show-stopper. Pennel is the owner of City Ballet and has danced her entire life. She has performed in a multitude of shows both in the United States and abroad. Baxter is the owner of Andy Baxter Photography. With no dance experience under his belt, the crowd can look for Baxter to prove what practice can do to make up for training and what impact attitude has on a challenge.
